Full Service Corporate & Social Event Planning and Management

• Coordinate meeting/event logistics from start to finish

•  Assist with event style, theme, and décor 

• Research and assist with venue & vendor selections narrowing choices down to 2 to 3 selections with cost comparisons (including but not limited to hotels, catering, linen, floral, audio visual, entertainment, staffing etc.) 

• Negotiate and review vendor contracts

• Attend all meetings with vendors; either on the phone, in-person, or via video conferencing

• Send payment schedule reminders

• Assist with managing event budget

• Assist with food & beverage selections

• Create and/or facilitate delivery of  amenities, such as welcome bags, place cards and programs

• Assist with venue floor plan and setup on event day

• Prepare day-of schedule (timeline & logistics)

• Determine time of arrival and set up time of vendors

• Comprehensive event folder

• Day-of onsite coordination
